Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the wonderful staff, to the room and all it's amenities. The hotel itself was so beautiful, clean and smelled amazing all the time. The breakfast was AMAZING there were so many options and I absolutely loved the fresh juice bar! I had mentioned that we were coming to celebrate a wedding anniversary and there was such a cute setup which included balloons, rose petals and cake! This was so sweet. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Location of the property is close to a lot of shopping mall. The 2 bedroom suite was a great size for a family of 4. The staff has great customer service and very knowledgeable.

Excellent location. The hotel connects via a tunnel through to the JW Marriott which is across the road from the Pavilion Mall which is of the best malls we’ve been to. Staff are excellent as is the afternoon tea in the lobby lounge for RM160++ for two people. Such amazing value! Same goes for breakfast that was included in our booking. Excellent varieties of food items and plenty of staff in hand to help with anything you may need.

Room was large and very comfortable bed. Dyptique toiletries……oh joy, one of my favourite brands! Reception area, bar and restaurant all of high standard Amazing breakfast Great pool & fitness room Great location, minutes from Bukit Bintang & easily walkable to Petronas towers Great value for money for a hotel of this calibre

We did a 2 bedroom suite and the space was great! They didn't mention that it had an office which is where we ended putting the kid's crib instead of the 2nd bedroom. The staff at the hotel was great and always helpful especially when taking cabs and loading up the kids and stroller. Location was fantastic and it was easy to walk to Jin Bukit Bintang walking through the JW Marriott and The Starhill shops that are connected.

Checking in process was fast and simple with our room being upgraded for free. We purchased the club access for additional and received exceptional service however after having it for one day we realised we did not make use for the benefits and cancelled. Turn down service was good and rooms are cleaned at least 2 times a day with regular up keeping.

Breakfast quality and presentation doesn't much my standard, as I am aslo executive chef at mandarin oriental hotel singapore, with bq departure, food variety is too little, juice is fresh squeeze but why ucstill hv bottles juice can't understand, danish pastry should hv more than 3,currently hv only 2 very disappointed, chef grooming stand was poor,I did saw one chef without chef hat,and chef jacket dirty,I think he is causal chef, working around to replish food,to many local food, it will be good if hv balance off Western and local, buffet presentation specially live station to many ingredients, it is necessary or going to waste food cost.fresh fruit good to hv a least 6 type, but on buffet 3 type which already slice,whole fruits eg,dragon fruits hotel except as to cut?????, all raw hope to see changes and bring up food quality and presentation to next level, all the best to the executive chef u can do it Thank you Chef S.Punniammurti
